Daniel R. Hartley

Daniel R. Hartley was born in Quincy, MA on February 21, 1966. He was admitted to the bar in 1991 (New Hampshire Maine, U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire, and U.S. District Court, District of Maine). He attended Oyster River High School (1984), Boston University (BA, cum laude, 1988) and University of Maine School of Law (JD, cum laude, 1991). He was a Member of Moot Court Board from 1989 to 1991. He has been the Treasurer of the Rockingham County Bar Association since 1997. He is also a member of the Rockingham County and New Hampshire State Bar Associations. He resides in Hampton, New Hampshire and has been a practicing attorney at Casassa and Ryan since 1991. His areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Construction Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Bankruptcy Law, and General Practice. He is married with four daughters. He is active in Hampton Attack Travel Soccer and has been President for the last four years.
