Faye R. Goldberg

Faye R. Goldberg received her BA from Smith College and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School where she was on Law Review. Ms. Goldberg joined Casassa and Ryan in 1986 and is now a partner at the firm.

Ms. Goldberg’s practice focuses primarily in the area of family law, including divorce and legal separation. She represents clients at mediation and trial. Ms. Goldberg has substantial experience in cases dealing in both large and small marital estates, including those with residential and commercial properties, closely-held businesses, trusts and pensions, as well as alimony, insurance and other related matters. Many of her cases also include contested issues involving children in divorce, such as residential placement, parenting schedules, co-parenting and child support.

Ms. Goldberg is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Maine.
